Arabsat Participates in CABSAT 2016

Holding a workshop to present its latest Solution for Satellite Telecommunications on Ku-appendix using Traveltronic All-in-one Systems

Arab Satellite Communications Organization – Arabsat- participates in The Broadcast, Satellite & Digital Media Event for Middle East, Africa “Satellite MENA 2016”, in March 8th to 10th, 2016 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Balkheyour President & CEO of Arabsat, said that Arabsat will showcase the capabilities of its newly successfully launched Satellite Badr-7 and also the 6th Generation satellites services which Arabsat has lately signed its contracts to be on its different orbital positions.

ARABSAT intends to hold a workshop on Monday 7th March in the Address Hotel- Dubai- just prior CABSAT to present its latest Solution on Ku-appendix using Traveltronic All-in-one Systems with Newtec Dialog Hub using ARABSAT-Fleet. Both, Traveltronic All-in-One System and Newtec Dialog Hub are latest product that is capable of integrating and complementing Cellular, Terrestrial and Satcom Platforms together. Also, ARABSAT will be hosting IRG (Interference Reduction Group) workshop on the same day at 02:00 PM, many topics to be discussed including the Carrier ID (CID) roadmap, focusing on where we are with CID implementation and how to achieve widespread global implementation. The workshop will also cover the latest geolocation technology and efforts to mitigate intentional jamming.
